Return and Exchange Policies

The exchange or return period is 30 calendar days from the date of receiving orders by customers.

Returnable parcels are applied to following cases:

  • receiving defective items
  • losses of package
  • receiving wrong items

Please contact us via [email protected] to solve specific problems, and our customer service staff will provide customers with guidance. We will e-mail customers to update further detailed information of orders. 

Fees should be borne by customers in the following cases:

  • Pick up wrong size or products.
  • Items received more than 30 days.
  • Damaged items by human causes
  • Slight color deviation by varied screen configuration.
  • Personalized items

After receiving parcels, please inspect the packaging and merchandise carefully before signing for them. Ruined parcels or products by customers affect second-time sales are not returnable. 

For all these situations, the customer will bear the corresponding costs, and must contact us also by sending an email, and we will provide a better solution based on your request.

Items on Sale

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Refund Information
The refund will be made in the same way as the original payment. After reaching an agreement between the customer and the store, once the refund is authorized, the payment will be processed within 3 to 30 business days.


We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us via [email protected].
